Begin with a sharing hidang set of Lontong and Satay, as the sunset settles in over the horizon.
Continue with your choice of Rimba’s signature Beef Rendang or Ayam Masaman as your main dish, served with fragrant Nasi Minyak, and close the evening with a comforting Sago Gula Melaka under the stars.

Malaysian Flavours, Reimagined the Vegan Way

For Merdeka, Pegaga Vegan Experience presents Rasa Pegaga, a set menu that reinterprets beloved Malaysian dishes entirely plant-based.

Begin with Deep Fried Tempura Mushrooms, then choose between a Sweet Potato & Pineapple Masak Lemak Cili Api or a rich Tempeh Mushroom Rendang, served with Nasi Ulam or white rice. Close the meal with a slice of Carrot Cake.
