Join our Yoga & Wellness Retreat this September! Back for the third time in our beautiful rainforest setting, for a journey of relaxation, self-care, and holistic well-being.

As part of our Retreat, we offer a half-day wellness program every Saturday. Enjoy yoga classes, workshops, a beach clean-up, and an ocean dip.

Our visiting yogi, Sally Dollas, with over 24 years of experience teaching yoga, will lead the sessions. Explore mindfulness practices and savour meals that nourish your mind and body.

  • 8:00 – 9:30am Yoga class

  • 12:00 – 1:30pm Light Lunch
  • 1:30 – 3:00pm Beach cleanup & Dip *weather permitting
